　　張家界機(jī)場(chǎng)自2019年4月啟動(dòng)SKYTRAX四星機(jī)場(chǎng)創(chuàng)建工作以來(lái)，在SKYTRAX評(píng)審機(jī)構(gòu)主席愛(ài)德華先生的專業(yè)指導(dǎo)下，大力開(kāi)展運(yùn)行品質(zhì)、服務(wù)品質(zhì)、環(huán)境品質(zhì)三大提升行動(dòng)，機(jī)場(chǎng)面貌煥然一新，服務(wù)水平不斷提高，旅客體驗(yàn)越來(lái)越好。

旅客自助值機(jī)

　　服務(wù)流程更加優(yōu)化，新增自助值機(jī)、一證通關(guān)、無(wú)紙安檢、人臉識(shí)別等全流程無(wú)紙化乘機(jī)流程。

　　開(kāi)通了南航、華夏航空行李直掛服務(wù)，服務(wù)鏈條得到完善，運(yùn)行效率顯著提升。

　　在滿足旅客個(gè)性化需求的同時(shí)，重點(diǎn)提升員工外語(yǔ)能力、服務(wù)意識(shí)、服務(wù)禮儀和服務(wù)技能，讓中外旅客尊享更加溫馨周到的“真情服務(wù)”。

　　設(shè)施設(shè)備進(jìn)行完善升級(jí)，更新標(biāo)識(shí)標(biāo)牌230余處，改造航班顯示系統(tǒng)等，并新增一系列相關(guān)設(shè)備，如航顯屏、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息亭、旅客座椅、充電吧臺(tái)、兒童和嬰兒手推車等設(shè)施設(shè)備。

　　在候機(jī)區(qū)設(shè)置6處觀景望遠(yuǎn)鏡，配備充電設(shè)備500余個(gè)，完善了232個(gè)服務(wù)類別的設(shè)施設(shè)備，為旅客帶來(lái)更加方便快捷的出行體驗(yàn)。

　　我們以“綠色、人文、溫馨、舒適”為目標(biāo)，對(duì)標(biāo)國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，優(yōu)化乘機(jī)、餐飲和購(gòu)物環(huán)境，致力于打造環(huán)境優(yōu)美的國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)。

　　對(duì)34個(gè)環(huán)境類項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行完善，新增綠植造景20多處，美化旅客服務(wù)中心，優(yōu)化旅客問(wèn)詢服務(wù)，增加土家非物質(zhì)文化體驗(yàn)和展示區(qū)。

　　改善餐飲配套服務(wù)，改造17處標(biāo)準(zhǔn)衛(wèi)生間及殘衛(wèi)，升級(jí)母嬰室、更衣室，增設(shè)集充電長(zhǎng)廊、兒童游樂(lè)為一體的休閑區(qū)域，“魅力機(jī)場(chǎng)”正在為旅客留下更加美好的回憶。

Beautiful Airport, Wonderful Journey

　　Located in the beautiful city-Zhangjiajie,Zhangjiajie Hehua International Airport serves as an aviation hub connecting the Wuling Mountain with other cities around the world.

　　Since the launch of SKYTRAX four-star airport project in April 2019, great changes have taken place in Zhangjiajie Hehua International Airport, especially in improving the quality of operation, service and environment according to the professional advice from Mr. Edward, the chairman of SKYTRAX Review and Adjudication Board. Therefore, passengers can gain a better experience of our considerate service.

　　The operation efficiency has been significantly improved.

　　The service process has been further optimized, taking the newly added paperless procedure for example, there has been  automatic check-in, one-ticketentering, facial recognition in our airport.

　　The nonstop baggage service has been opened in the China Southern Airline and Huaxia Airline. The above measures have facilitated our service chain as well as operation efficiency. Apart from the personalized needs of passengers,

　　we have made endless efforts to improve the foreign language ability, service awareness,service etiquette and service quality of our staff. Thus both Chinese and foreign passengers can enjoy a better sense of comfort in Zhangjiajie Hehua International Airport.

　　The passenger experience has been remarkably enhanced.

　　Because we have upgraded some supporting facilities, such as public signs, flight information display system, etc.Meanwhile, more relevant equipment has been put into place,including the new Flight Information display screen,internet kiosk, passenger seat,chargingbar,  trolley for children and so on. Six telescopes for scene have been placed on the way to the waiting hall. The project of over 500 charging devices and232 service facilities or equipment have been accomplished.

　　Providing that, it will be a convenient and fast travel experience for passengers.

　　The airport environment has been more elegant.

　　Under the principle of “Green, Human-Oriented, Warm and Comfortable”, we are committed to building Zhangjiajie  Hehua International Airport into a popular one by creating a better condition for passengers to wait for flights, to go shopping and to eat something.

　　We have finished 34 environment projects, including growing more than 20 green plants,constructing more beautiful passenger service center,providing better information services setting up exhibition area for intangible cultural heritage of Tujia ethnic group, upgrading catering facilities, improving the infrastructure of 17 public toilets including those for the disabled.

　　Besides, we have renewed all mother-and-baby rooms and changing rooms. And a new leisure region containing a charging area and a kids corner has been already finished, which will make the Charm Airport leave her passengers an unforgettable experience.
